ABOUT THE 2019 BMW 750I XDRIVE
The 2019 BMW 750i xDrive is the V8 version of the sixth-generation 7 Series (G12), sold in the US only in long-wheelbase form. It uses the N63 4.4-litre twin-turbocharged V8 with 445 hp and 480 lb-ft of torque, an eight-speed automatic and xDrive all-wheel drive.
Final pre-facelift year
The G12 launched for the 2016 model year, and 2019 was the last year of the original design. For 2020 BMW gave the 7 Series a substantial facelift with a much larger grille and raised the 750i’s output to 523 hp. The 2019 car keeps the earlier, more restrained front-end styling. It was built at Dingolfing in Germany.
Technology and comfort
The G12’s Carbon Core body structure uses carbon-fibre-reinforced plastic in key areas to save weight. Air suspension is standard, and the 3,210 mm wheelbase gives the rear seats limousine-like space. Features such as gesture control for iDrive and an available Executive Lounge rear package set it apart when new.
Buying one today
