The 2020 BMW 430i xDrive Coupe is the all-wheel-drive four-cylinder version of the first-generation 4 Series Coupe (F32), in its final model year. It uses BMW’s turbocharged 2.0-litre B46 four-cylinder producing 248 hp and 258 lb-ft (350 Nm), with an eight-speed automatic and xDrive all-wheel drive.
End of the line for the F32
The 4 Series name arrived for 2014, when BMW split the two-door 3 Series variants off into their own range. The 430i badge replaced the 428i for 2017, when the new modular four-cylinder took over, and the range had a light facelift at the same time with LED lights and revised suspension tuning. 2020 was the last year of this coupe; the G22 4 Series, with its much larger grille, replaced it for 2021.
Practicality
The coupe has two doors and four seats, with a pair of individual rear seats that suit adults on shorter trips.
