Where it fits
The Roma was revealed in late 2019 as a more elegant, understated grand tourer, positioned below the 812 Superfast and alongside the Portofino. By 2023 it was well established in the range, and that year Ferrari also revealed the Roma Spider, a soft-top version that replaced the Portofino M. The Roma’s styling draws on Ferrari’s front-engined GTs of the 1950s and 1960s, with a clean, low body and minimal decoration.
Technology and cabin
The eight-speed dual-clutch gearbox was derived from the SF90 Stradale. Inside, the Roma introduced a largely digital dashboard with a curved instrument display, a central portrait touchscreen and a separate passenger display. The 2+2 layout provides small rear seats best used for children or extra luggage, and the boot is usable for a weekend away.
