ABOUT THE 2013 BMW 335I COUPE XDRIVE
The 2013 BMW 335i xDrive Coupe is the all-wheel-drive version of the E92 3 Series coupe, a two-door, four-seat car. Its N55 3.0-litre turbocharged inline-six produces 300 hp and 300 lb-ft. A six-speed manual was available; this entry covers the version with the six-speed automatic.
End of the E92
While the 3 Series sedan had already moved to the new F30 generation, the coupe stayed on the E92 platform for 2013, its final year. For 2014 BMW renamed the two-door the 4 Series, so the 2013 335i xDrive is the last 3 Series coupe with all-wheel drive. It used the facelifted E92 styling introduced for 2011, with revised lights and bumpers.
Why choose xDrive
The xDrive system normally sends more torque to the rear wheels but can shift drive forwards when traction runs short, which suits buyers in snowy climates who still want a sporty coupe.
