The 2022 BMW 430i Coupe is the entry-level two-door model in the second-generation 4 Series range (G22). It uses a 2.0-litre turbocharged four-cylinder with 255 hp and 295 lb-ft (400 Nm). This entry covers the rear-wheel-drive version with the eight-speed automatic, which was the only gearbox offered; xDrive all-wheel drive was available as an option.
In its second season
The G22 debuted for 2021, and for 2022 BMW expanded the 4 Series family with the new Gran Coupe five-door and the electric i4. The two-door 430i itself carried over largely unchanged, keeping the tall kidney grille, the 3 Series-based platform and the dashboard with separate digital instruments and a central touchscreen.
